Brassai, Le Basier (The Kiss)

This is another popular Brassai print that could well appear in the lab at any time.
This is almost certainly not a candid snapshot.  Brassai preferred to work with an old fashioned plate camera that took
some time to set up.  Normally his pictures were carefully staged.  He did not see anything wrong with that if the
end result looked convincing.
