Brassai, Pont Neuf, Paris
This is a commercial print, available from Signals or
art.com.
Pont Neuf is the oldest bridge still standing in Paris, although the name
means "new bridge." It was built in a then-radical
design, intended purely for crossing the river, and not having any buildings
along the sides, which all previous bridges had.
Pont Neuf connects the Ile de la Cite with the Right Bank.
